For a brand that is only in its sophomore year, the new range from Ada + Nik impresses in the way that many veteran designers can only dream of. Created by Ada Zanditon and Nik Thakkar, the collection was shown originally during the London Collections Men shows in January 2014. Entitled ‘The Dark Wolf’, the range consists entirely of black pieces, reflecting the rough and urban nature of the collection. Aggressive in both its tailoring and approach, the collection features outerwear crafted from leather in the shape of biker and bomber jackets, teamed with slimming and elongating trousers. Also in the mix is a nod to unisex dressing – especially with shirts and tunics which are knee length and in a see through fabric. These pieces would work incredibly well with a man that dresses for himself and can carry off a simple, sophisticated look with great style.
