If there is one thing that Christopher Kane is best known for, (whether that be in his menswear or collections for women) it would be his masterful control and use of prints. SS16 was further proof of this ability, this time more subdued than in previous seasons. Evoking a subtle sense of youthful rave culture, bold graphic lines and splattered art prints appeared on neatly tailored menswear attire. Powerful when worn as co-ords, they present a more wearable concept when paired with simple knitwear and utilitarian style outerwear, which was a highlight for the spring.
