According to Leonardo Da Vinci, the beauty and harmony of geometry enhance the way. Chilean designer Esteban Arteaga wants to reflect this with his seventh collection ‘Lost Beauty’ in which he reinterprets the beauty and nature of man. Arteaga draws upon the work of Da Vinci to reflect an ultimately feminine silhouette; creating subtle forms, sometimes breaking the line of the body to evoke an aura of mystery. Curved backs simulate the spine in a fetal position while specific cuts reminds us that the body is made up of parts , achieving a whole. The collection features a neutral colour palette making with black and silver taking the lead. What is interesting about the designer is that each line he produces is thought as ‘transseasonal’, giving the wearer the ability to wear as and when she pleases.
