By blending androgynous themes with leather and sharp tailoring, Silja has managed to create a complimentary representation of previously underlying masculine connotations. Whilst the collection features a palette of neutral tones, i.e. shades of black, grey and white, it also used a bold, almost floral print, in a shade of fuchsia. It is suggestible that this was done to create one bright statement garment to compliment by diversify the collection. The garments are designed to maintain a neat cut and to almost look seamless, you could say. Even when layering is not involved within an outfit from the lookbook- the outfit alone stands strong enough to take the critique of the fashion world- and as a result, will make a positive impact upon the up and coming season.
