PUMA’s Back Label collection for Autumn/Winter 2013 is more dapper than ever. This sartorial matrimony of the iconic sports label and sharp design came to life thanks to the brand’s collaboration with Japanese designer Mihara Yasuhiro, well known for his talent of reinventing traditional formalwear to contemporary, smart suits. The main highlights are, the color palette that focuses on grey and dark olive, as well as the suit-looking fabrics combined with windbreak ones. Yes, traditional elements didn’t lack from the A/W ’13 collection as they were aimed to enhance the juxtaposition with the cutting-edge sporty character of the outfits. Red and vivid blue touches come to give a nautical flair, inspired by the Japanese fishing tales.
