It wouldn’t be a Versus Versace collection, if it didn’t involve an amalgamation of vibrant prints. To say that the S/S ’15 offering from Versace’s diffusion line is exuberant, would be an understatement. Choosing to wear any of the label’s outfits, would mean you’d have to wave any self-effacing hopes goodbye.
Patterns range from logo-rich monochromatic options, to full-on rainbow graphics. There’s even a pristine white bomber jacket and trousers- a his & hers two-piece- which features the brand’s signature lion emblem. Gold also seems to make a frequent appearance; adding that Italian luxury edge. Black leather jackets are emblazoned with golden studs and zips, whilst a pair of liquid gold trainers make for some standout shoes.
Although there are decadent elements, the collection as a whole, comes across as quite casual and sportswear inspired. Mesh T-shirts and tank tops layered with ripped denim create high-end urban styles. Whilst oversized chains and earrings, as decorative jewellery, serve to further embolden already striking looks.
