As the city landscape of Berlin has now transformed into a safe haven for the creative-minded, there will certainly be a constant export of artistic expression. The newly-launced menswear label YARDEN by design duo Celina Boning and Daniel Ramirez use the label as a showcase for their visually-based design background. This is apparent in their A/W 2013 collection, using rich shades of ruby and violet in pieces such as wooden-grain printed t-shirts and circular-printed button down shirts. YARDEN also stresses the important relationship between the label and its manufacturers, using organic fabrics of mostly bamboo and cotton. Their attention to detail has not gone unnoticed, however as the collection was recently featured at the SEEK Showroom at Berlin Fashion Week.
