Sandro Gaeta is a true individual. Brought up in a quiet Sicilian island his childhood was spent running barefoot on the beach and soaking up the beautiful blue of the sea. The home and the sea are key inspirations for him and his work focuses on realizing the traditional versus the modern. For spring, this mix between the old and the new with a youthful, playful exuberance is clear to see. Light micro perforated cotton is decorated with childlike maps, stars and squares. Easy to wear and to move around in, everything is loose, lounge and oversized , bringing to mind a stylish fisherman with rolled sleeves and a shirt half hanging out of his trousers. A mostly muted colour palette is brightened up with the addition of the must have graphic scarves.
