The cool kids on the block have now picked up on a much more innovative way of saying ‘thank-you’ as LA-based street-wear brand The Quiet Life launch their new ‘Mahalo’ pack this season. The pack provides a new and exclusive range of Hawaii-inspired hats to welcome in those long-missed rays of sun whilst still okay to wear with some of their other, previous transitional pieces. Manufacturing was limited as only 100 packs were sent out to their chosen stockists worldwide. A bucket hat and three, 5-panel camp hats make up these carefully thought through packs, which boast a unique, tropical print on each as well as the brands’ popular white label at the front.
Their Lookbook, photographed by Jared Eberhardt, is calm, serene and sandy; staying true to their signature ‘quiet’ lifestyle. The earthly shades of greens, corals, vibrant orange and blues sit well over the sandy, mountainous backgrounds and a natural tone certainly resonates throughout. Half nudity, saucy pin ups, tropical hats and bright bold digital prints grace each Mahalo hat as their model is photographed in amazing locations making half nudity a thing we all set out to do! Picture yourself on a cool, sandy beach equipped with quad bikes, dry land, overgrown desert weed and ten minutes of flower sniffing by a caravan. Although they can’t promise the hats will actually transport you there, they do guarantee a new trend set this Spring.
