Berlin based designer Verena Schepperheyn is back with a new collection for Spring/Summer 18 and it is one heavily influenced by synthpop music as well as the work of mixed media artist Navid Nuur, who often incorporates single bold words to his projects. Inspired by this approach, the designer created textiles and prints in the form of collages using several German words, adding an element of fun and humour into many of the pieces. For this season Schepperheyn mainly focused on oversized silhouettes which look tailored but also have a certain streetwear vibe. To add to this concept the designer created some accessories, for the very first time, which include a backpack and socks. Below you can find the entire lookbook as shot by Nina Raasch.
